A late winter day at the park

On Saturday we made our way over to the park to feed the geese and ducks. A beautiful day at the park. Ha! Not even close. This is probably my least favorite time of year, when the snow has melted, but spring has not yet come. Everything is muddy and dirty and pitiful. It still felt good to be outside though.





Pete took this video. Daniel's the funniest, he would take a bite out of every piece of bread he tore off before feeding it to the geese. And John thought Pete was taking pictures so would pose with a smile every time he saw the camera on him. Don't mind that the bread we were feeding the ducks was moldy, yet we didn't stop Dan from eating it. That's some good parenting right there. He had diarrhea the next day or two.
