We hurried to the beach when we first arrived. It was windy and not very warm, but Pete couldn't resist getting in the ocean. John and I were happy to watch from the shore.
While Pete went to his interview, John and I went to the park and saw a little of San Diego. His favorite part was the swing. Mine was the shopping.
Here we are in front of the medical school at UC San Diego. Pete's interview went great and we were able to get a feel of La Jolla. We'll see what happens! (Notice Pete's hair in the picture with John—it was a windy day!)
